Table tops can remain open during General Sessions 9am - 5:30pm but most attendees
will be in the general sessions. We recommend that exhibitors attend the sessions

| Location: The table top trade show is in the same room as all coffee breaks and registration. |

Miscellaneous: Pop ups are permitted with approval
- A few locations will have access to an electrical outlet. Must ask in advance
- Booth location is first come first served,
- Insertion of materials in registration bags is an additional $250 for packages B and C (discounted) or $500 for non exhibitors
Set-up 6/11 10am – Noon, Tear - Down 6/12 5:30 - 7:30pm
Companies must pay hotel directly for any drayage, phone connection, storage, online connection, etc. |
