Venue: Boston - Hyatt Regency Cambridge, MA. Date: June 15-16th, 2010

Peak 10:30am - 11:00am Trade Show during Coffee Break  
Table tops can remain open during General Sessions 9am - 5:30pm but most attendees will be in the general sessions. We recommend that exhibitors attend the sessions
Location: The table top trade show is in the same room as all coffee breaks and registration.  
Table Top Displays Includes: 6 foot draped table, 2 chairs  
Miscellaneous: Pop ups are permitted with approval -- behind table
  • A few locations will have access to an electrical outlet.** Must ask in advance. (**Included for Package A)
  • Booth location is first come first served.
  • Insertion of materials in registration bags is an additional $250 for packages B and C (discounted) or $500 for non exhibitors

Set-up 6/15 10am – Noon, Tear-down 6/16 5:30 - 7:30pm
Companies must pay hotel directly for any drayage, phone connection, storage, online connection, etc.

* Does not include hotel sleeping room accommodations which must be made separately
