Conference Mini Trade Show Packages (maximum of 15 tables - first come first served)

  (Includes 2 registrations/exhibitor)* $2,395
C) Table Top in Mini Trade Show Non Member Rate  
  (Includes 2 registrations/exhibitor) $2,995


Mini Trade Show Hours

Wednesday, April 17  
Peak 7:50am - 8:50am (During Registration)  
Peak 10:45am - 11:15am Coffee Break  
Peak 3:35pm - 4:05pm Networking Break  
Thursday, April 18  
Peak 7:30am - 8:30pm Continental Breakfast  
Peak 10:30am - 11:00am Coffee Break  
Table tops can remain open during General Sessions 9am - 5:30pm but most attendees will be in the general sessions. We recommend that exhibitors attend the sessions
Location: The table top trade show is in the same room as all coffee breaks and registration.  
Table Top Displays Includes: 6 foot draped table, 2 chairs  
Miscellaneous: Pop ups are permitted with approval -- behind table
  • A few locations will have access to an electrical outlet.** Must ask in advance. (**Included for Package A)
  • Booth location is first come first served.
  • Insertion of materials in registration bags is an additional $250 for packages B and C (discounted) or $500 for non exhibitors

Set-up 4/16 4pm-6pm or 4/17 6:30am – 7:30am, Tear-down 4/18 3:30 - 5:30pm
Companies must pay hotel directly for any drayage, phone connection, storage, online connection, etc.

* Does not include hotel room accommodations which must be made separately
