Committees ATME COMMITTEES EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (comprised of 4 Officers, the Executive Director, Immediate Past Chairman, and 3 at large members) Purpose: Responsible for the running of the organization. Acts as the full board when urgency requires board approval on short notice. Acts also as the Nominating Committee for the Board of Directors. Airlines Vicki Freed, SVP Sales & Marketing, Carnival Cruises BRANDING COMMITTEE Purpose: Develop and recommend the direction and branding for ATME, with global scope. Define relationships with established and potential partner associations such as CTO, PATA, ETC, ASTA, USTOA, CLIA, DMAI, ALTA, SKAL, NBTA, and CIMTIG in addition to other issues. Gary Sain, Chair, CMO/Partner, YBPR PROGRAMMING COMMITTEE Purpose: Determine theme and design annual conference, including pre-conference education program - the senior executive summit. Chair Jeff DeKorte, Senior Vice President, Rand McNally Purpose: To develop educational direction and programs. Goal is to define and expand ATME scope to provide education and opportunities for future senior marketers, as well as those high-ranking individuals new to the industry. Frank Camacho, Chair, VP Marketing, Hertz PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE Purpose: Attract potential sponsors for conferences, luncheons, and determine other fund raising strategies. Could work in conjunction with a consultant who would be compensated for performance. Build on momentum from sponsors who were satisfied with conference results. Jacqueline Johnson, Chair ATLAS AWARDS COMMITTEE Purpose: To review award categories and recommend new categories when appropriate.
